  Love it!!! Very helpful and friendly. I get what I want when I want it. Sometimes it's out of their hands but they do everything they can to get it right for me. I would recommend this store above any others.

  Had some not so great dealings with them. I blame the company as the phone's screen broke, not from a fall but a spontaneous fracture. Clearly it was a problem with this model that had been observed elsewhere by others on the internet. I was told they'd replace it by an employee at this store, since it was within warranty as it had just been replaced another time less than 2 months prior. I left rather unhappy. However I do love T-Mobile as my provider. Their miscommunication and bad judgement of a clear manufacturing problem with a phone I was sold gets them this 2 star review. I ended up purchasing a phone directly form Google, which I trust will have less issues if there is a problem.
