  Needed to get a problem with new phone fixed quickly because I was leaving the country. The T-Mobile phone support told me the fastest way was to go to a store and exchange it. The people at the store said they could not do that. Called the phone support again in the parking lot and they told me the same thing: exchange it at the store. So the people at this store apparently can't do all the things a T-Mobile store is supposed to do.

  I was one of T-Mobile' s first customers many years ago. I was a long loyal customer until I recently gave up and left them. At first I had a pretty good signal. But over time it got worse and weaker and less dependable. Even though I called and complained about the problem and T-Mobile verified repeatedly that I had too weak of a signal in my area here in the city of Huntsville, they would promise to fix it. But it would never be fixed. This went on for years! They would promise they were building a tower near my house for Huntsville but I couldn't get a signal most of the time but I still had to pay my monthly bills!! They never fixed the problem and after many years of empty promises I switched to a different company and now for less money I constantly have a good signal and never lose a call or text!! I switched to Tracfone and am shocked at how good the signal is. I would give the company 1 star but I don't want to put all the blame on this store when most of it is the fault of the big company. My experience with this store is 3 stars but of course they are affiliated with T-MOBILE.
