To handle the issue via the website would take several or more days however, I drove to the kiosk at Parkway Place Mall and CHERYL took care of everything leaving me a happy and satisfied customer. I left with exactly what I wanted. Cheryl was great! She was very nice, personable, and professional and willing to exceed expectations. I highly recommend this business and especially Cheryl. KUDOS!
