  Horrible customer services. Mike was the most rude person ever to deal with. I have been a sprint customer for 15 years and have always had great customer service when Sammy owned the stores. Mike did not have a clue what was going on and a sweet girl beside him kept trying to help him but he is a complete idiot.

  "Ode To Sarah" I used to be the guy who set his phone on Airplane Mode and threw it in the air. I spent many nights more drunk than Charlie Sheen on his birthday. Then, like a sassy angel from on high, Sarah rescued me from a tragic fate of retreating to a life in a cave with a coconut for a tv and a banana for a phone as she patiently guided me through a deadly minefield of potential tech disasters like a hardened soldier. It reminded me of my time in Korea. If she's not presented with a bonus of any new car she desires, there's something seriously wrong with this world. :-s

  Went to this store for years with great service. All new people and owner sold store. Customer service is ok. They said if I chanced my plan it would save me money. Well, my bill went down put the other three lines I have went up. So no savings also the technicians are not that knowledgeable about the phones.

  I don't write post never had. This is my first ever. When I went into the store today I had a lot of personal problems on my mind. Everyday life I guess. When I left I Knew God lead me to meet Mr Michael Jones (store manger) and the tall cool cat that work there. Amazing is meant for God so I can't say that but I will say out- of- this- world experience is better fitting for the time, customer service, the help!!!! I went in sad about life I left feeling like the happiest customer alive. Imagine that. Michael may God bless you even in your thoughts!!!!!
