  By far the rudest, most judgmental and un-knowledgeable employees out of any makeup store in north Alabama NO MAKEUP IS WORTH GOING INTO THIS STORE!!! Buying online or galleria b’ham sephora from now on!

  I went into this store just like any other time to purchase my favorite mascara along with a few new products i had been dying for... They were extremely rude. I was shopping with my daughter and my girlfriend (I am gay). They treated me as if I didn't belong there because I was wearing jeans and a hoodie no makeup just went casual comfy shopping and they kept acting like I knew nothing about makeup... Then when I got to the cashwrap my card wouldn't go thru... Which has never happened in my life.. So I swiped it 3 more times... She kept claiming that my card was denied... So I told my Girlfriend to run to the nearest ATM which was about 20 steps outside the door... The lady said to me and my daughter "you know it's 5:20 we are closing soon and just don't have time to wait on her to run back with cash" and proceeded to put my stuff behind the counter and she completely turned her back to me. I was LIVID I took my daughter and left. I will not be back in this store. The girl has fire engine red hair and very fair complexion.
