  Decent selection. Extremely nice staff. Very POOR customer service. I waited 9 days for an estimate for a simple granite countertop and undermount sink for a kitchen remodel. After a week and a follow-up email that was ignored I called to inquire. After leaving messages twice the next couple days(no return call either time) I decided to drive back up there to see if they were even interested in my business. If not for that I'd probably still be waiting on my estimates. Against my better judgement I still planned to purchase from them since I was referred by a family member. I told sales person I would make a decision on which stone we wanted the next day after she sent the estimates. Its been 3 weeks and still no follow-up or pictures that I was told we'd receive. Seems they have more business than they can handle so you may want to try someone else.
