  Yesterday, I purchased a 27" Samsung Computer Monitor. I installed it and was extremely unhappy with the quality of the color and resolution. Only then did I go back and read the reviews on the Office Depot website and found that I wasn't alone in my negative assessment. I called the store and the customer service manager could not have been more accommodating. There was no whining or critique. He simply told me to bring it back and they would give me a refund or trade it for another monitor. This morning I took it back in and the man that helped me could not have been more helpful. I bought a Dell (one with great reviews). This is a true example of what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you!!!
