  Ordered dresses for 10 girls, after measuring ordered dresess 4 to 5 sizes too big, so each had to be altered, more money for alterations, now mind you this is a charitable organization that was renting these dresses with limited funds. Called at 5 to says dresses were due back at 6 that day or $20 late fee for each dress. Place is a rip off. Will contact BBB about our experience.

  Very disorganized place - went there after calling there because they told me we could order in a couple of tuxedos to see which we wanted to use for the wedding 120 days out. It was prom season so she had to wait a couple of weeks which was fine. Later she called back (3 weeks later) and asked if we still wanted to them to order in for use to try. She said it would be the next week. Today when I called (4 weeks after the previous call) they had no clue as to what I was talking about. It's understandable as this place is so disorganized and loaded with clutter I not sure how they find anything. If your looking for dependable service with tuxedo's I suggest you look else where. Thank goodness we started the process very early as if this were to happen days before the wedding I would be in serious trouble.
