  I called and someone was sent out very quickly , once they inspected my washer and dryer I was told parts would need to be ordered and would be in within 7-10 business days, well that didn't happen! It was over 2 months, and I would call weekly to check the status, they never called me, once the parts came in, they came back out and put the parts on my washer and dryer, they left and as soon as they left I tried to use the washing machine and it would not work so I immediately called them back, they were back within 20 mins but told me , it was something else and the washing machine was basically a piece of junk and that I could buy a new one cheaper than buying more parts, I tried to use the dryer as well and it doesn't work correctly, you have to run the clothes 2-3 times before they are dry and they supposedly put a new heating element in it. I called them back and left messages but no one has returned my call, so here I am $400 later and my washer and dryer still doesn't work!!! They were friendly on the phone and the service men were friendly but my washer and dryer doesn't work, and after waiting 2 months and paying $400 , it should be!!
