I purchased an outfit in the toddler department for my daughter. Upon getting to the register, I greeted the employee (there was another lady standing there also) I said hey how are you doing. Nothing. They didn't even acknowledge me. Mary was the lady who rang me up. She just handed me my stuff and that was it. I thought when you have a customer service job you're suppose to interact with customers. I'm disappointed.
