Lesley was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress for my back issues -- did not rush us, helped us on multiple times before we decided. We bought a second for a college apartment too. Jeff and Jonathan were right on time for the delivery and took away our old mattress and box springs, set up new base and made sure all was working. Would recommend to anyone making this major purchase.
