  HORRIBLE!!!! Do not waste your time!!! Stay Away!!! Their furniture is made horribly, it is defective and they still sell it!!! Now they refuse to give us a refund! They refuse to make things right, and they put up a fight. Customer service means nothing to them. They scam too. They told us what we paid for the sofa price is less (by $200) than what we paid, because (according to them) we paid for the tables... that they TOLD US WERE THROWN IN FOR FREE!!! When I brought this to their attention, their response was, “Well that’s the sales rep doing their thing”! After three weeks of fighting with them, they finally agreed to a store credit without the usage fee they tried to apply. When we went in to pick something out, it was clear they didn’t want to work with us, they wanted us to pay them MORE MONEY!!! When we looked at the set we have now in the store, with their Presidents’ Day Sale discount they were giving us, we would end up paying $700 MORE than what we paid... and that’s $700 more with their amazing discount!!! SCAM AFTER SCAM!!! We are now trying to get a full refund and of course they are fighting us AGAIN! Trust me, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!

  Debbie H helped us find a sleeper sofa in our budget that we liked. We recommend her! She was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. The store did not have the exact one in the color we wanted but she made sure we saw a picture of what we were purchasing.

  This is my second time buying furniture from Ashley HomeStore here in Huntsville. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone and everyone. They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of furniture and it is great quality. On our first visit we bought our couch from Ashley. We continued looking for furniture at what seemed like every other furniture store in Huntsville and didn’t find the right quality and price that we were looking for. We ended up back at the store and bought the rest of our living and dining room furniture there. The associate assisting us, Kelvin, was extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely be back and I recommend them to anyone in search of new furniture!
