Proceeded to "service" my gas fireplace by blowing dust off the logs and wiping the unit with his fingers. I offered to let him use my vacuum cleaner and attachments, which he did. Total visit was about 15 minutes. I asked what the charge would be but he didn't know. Was contacted today by the business and informed I am being charged $125 for the service call. $50 would have been a lot considering how little time and effort went into the service. I would not recommend this business.
